The Rolling Programme (How to Embed Real Change)

Moving from one-off events to a rolling strategy.

One-off wellbeing sessions can be highly engaging, but their impact naturally fades over time. Culture change does not happen in a single afternoon; it requires repetition, reinforcement, and a shared language across the business.

This is why we recommend the rolling programme.

How the Rolling Programme works:
Select Your Topics: You choose four core topics from our menu (or one from each of your priority OneBeing® elements) to run over the course of 12 months (typically one per quarter).


Customised Annual Calendar:

We map these topics to your organisational calendar, aligning them with your busy periods, business cycles, or internal priorities.


Drive Repetition & Reinforcement:

We can run the same core topics on repeat for different team cohorts, or deliver variations on a theme to build depth.


Shared Language:

Over the year, your teams and managers build a consistent, practical vocabulary for handling pressure, boundaries, and communication.
